It all started with my own search: I tried many diets and advice, got lost in the vast sea of information, got tired of the unsystematic approach and unfulfilled promises.
I realized that you can live deliciously without sacrificing health, energy and time. I studied dietetics, experimented, collected recipes that really work - not complicated, but flexible and tasty. This is how the idea was born to make a book where everything is collected together - so that no mother or working woman wastes energy on searching, but simply enjoys tasty and healthy food.

The first results changed me - I lost weight without exhausting diets, felt a surge of energy, and even my husband and children appreciated the new dishes.
The book contains more than 150 recipes - breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, sauces, smoothies and desserts, each of which is balanced in terms of BJU and calories. I included tips on replacing ingredients to adapt to any tastes and needs. This is not just a recipe book - it is your personal assistant and guide to healthy eating.
